What is the difference between certification of a roof and warranty of a roof. Richard is also a home appraiser. Therefore his knowledge base is more than just roofs. "Certification is when I inspect a roof and will certify that it will not leak for one, two, or three years. Warrenty is when I have repaired or replace the roof. The difference? Warrenty means I will fix the leak and the damage of the leak. Certification means that I will only Fix the leak. By the way, I do not guarantee the work of others in particular when a Heating/Air Conditioning Unit is installed improperly and/or without permit."

I heard a statement the other day that made perfect sense. "No one buys a home from the internet".
I thought for a minute.....the statement IS true. No one does buy a home FROM the internet.
Plain and simple...the internet is a useless tool for real estate agents
First visited by the U.S. Senate Energy & Natural Resources Committee in 2003
that was spearheaded by Democrat Jeff Bingaman, the U.S. Senate announced
plans to revisit the possibility of allowing Corporations the opportunity to
"sponsor" our Nations Historic Sites and National Landmarks. Top Democrats
have said that this would generate "substantial" revenue that could be used in
financing the war in Iraq and funding for a "bail out" of mortgage lenders and
financial institutions.
"It appears that a lending "bail out" is the prime motivation in the latest attempt
to revive the issue with the funding of the war in Iraq being used simply as a
component to gain support". Said one Republican Senate member in a
confidential interview. A Senate study estimated revenues could exceeding $300
billion (U.S.) could be generated from corporate "sponsors".
"There is no need to worry about seeing the Ford-LINCOLN-Mercury monument
in the future" Said one committee member "The sponsorship plan does not
involve the renaming of our Nations Landmarks.....Logos on maps, brochures and
other literature combined with the use of bronze placards identifying sponsorship
are in the plan and will be sent to vote with expected approval later this week". In
documents released late last week, the addition of Corporate sponsored snack
bars and gift "Kiosks" were also included in the newly revised plan.
Republican support of the new proposal is expected upon revisions that would
limit the number of "pet projects" included by Democrats. One of which was for a
study on: "the effects of declining egg production in the U.S. Virgin Islands".
Of over 42,000 requests for "Sponsorship Application" sent to major
corporations 38,422 were returned. The initial response from potential
sponsors could indicate initial revenue estimates may have been grossly
underestimated.
Could Taco Bell soon be serving Chalupas in Philadelphia? An Exxon sponsored National Park in Alaska? Mission Grove Realty's California Missions? America's mortgage lender bail out sponsored by Countrywide? A decision by the Senate is expected later this week. Upon approval, the first sponsors could be in place as early as January of 2008.

Roofing and Richard Rossi and Pine Ridge
First of All This is a Commercial, an Advertisement, an Announcement, a Broadcast,a sound-byte, a reel Clip, Etc.
One of the listings under Exit Desert Ocean Realty Broker-ship needed a new roof. Not the whole thing but a significant part. Not considered a replacement but a fix. Almost half of the roof needed replacement. The roof had been fixed by the prior owner, however the roll had pulled up and the laying of some of the material didn't take into consideration the flow of water. The job required the removal of a 4'by 4' skylight. A corner that would stop up was cut and had new flashing put on it. 30 year shingles were used. There were a couple of crickets that needed some special attention.
What is most important. For all contractors Time is Money. However for Richard a Good Job is money. So when the day simply got to hot and the laying of the material would have caused future problems, he and his crew stopped.
Richards quotes seemed reasonable. Kind of like a Goldilocks story Not to much, not to little but Just Right
Although I am the son of a General Contractor (Leonard Rensink Jr commonly known as Bud Rensink) and have a fair working knowledge of a home. I don't keep current on prices so I brought in my good friend Steve Rainey and asked his professional opinion. He felt the priceing and the work were fair.

Two Hours of Presentation and interview with Danny Morel of Telos. Troy McClain was more than able to hold his own with home spun wisdom, an uncanny knack for the market and a dream of being big.
He simply told his story. Like some of the best teachers of all times, he dressed the statement, the point , reason for why you are listening in a story, but then he delivered the punch line. He was not afraid to tell this group "write this down" Who were we? 400 Real Estate Agents, Brokers, Lenders, Title officers and several others who wanted to get a life by Design and not by Default. Troy Spoke to this group.
He was on the apprentice show from the first it was on. You remember him. He was the Podunk kid from Idaho that everybody was rooting for. He was the Rocky of the Finance world.
What did he teach us? 1) Preparation for opportunity when it arises is called LUCK. Are you lucky are you preparing?
2) Always do the right thing or make the thing right. We recited that one like a Mantra.
3) You Gotta know enough to know you don't know enough.
4) Be accountable. he was to his mom.
5) Aim high.
6) If you don't write it, it won't happen.
7) Know and follow your values: Faith Family, making a difference.
Troy support special olympics. He spends every monday night with 50 or so bowling and he foots the bill.
It was an incredible time. Also I invited my son. My son Daniel is an applied health major at APU. Real Estate is not what he is pursuing. But simply put, he was impressed

This was a Free Roof for a play house, Asked for and finished. Since I am selling this house. I am hoping that it was make some child happy. This aspect of the Roof that Richard Rossi repaired was very important. What does not show is the removal of a Sky Light and the smoothing out of the Roll for the Cricket. This is an area that can be problematic and Mr Rossi knew what kind of Roofing to do. This is a Roof with a 3 year Guarantee and for the whole roof a two year certification.
If attention to detail is important, than this work qualifies for that job. Mr Rossi Decided that this area of roof was a leaf trap and a poor area of water flow. So he Trimmed back part of the roof and applied new shingles. He also checked to see if the roll roofing what adequate for the use under some shingles that appeared to be going in the wrong direction. Rossi Roofing, I recommend him and the quality of his work. One of the strong points about using Rossi Roofing is the Fact that Richard is willing to take the time and explain the work and the steps.
