Books in the Keller Williams Family.
I am an Exit Agent, Broker, Owner. I have some very respected friend in the Keller Williams office in my town. One of the things that I appreciate about them is their approach and interest in investing.
Three days ago, I bought and have read and am rereading the third book in the Millionaire series.
Love the Title Flip.
I can recommend this book to anything. agent or not, investor or not, general contractor or not. It is destined to be a classic in the real estate field.
Go buy it. Now!

My last words as we pulled into the parking lot, and enjoyed a few minutes discussing some of the nice and not so nice homes we had seen earlier in the day...
"If you are driving down the road, and you see a Sales Center sign, before you pull in, please call me and I will be there in a heart beat..."
Reply: "Of course..."
Result: Client was just browsing and had absolutely no intention of purchasing anything, but did not realize what great incentives they had, only if she bought something TODAY.
My phone, it rang, just not from her. As usual I called to follow up and see when was a good time for us to get together and look at more homes.
No response.
Day 2 - silence. (starting to think I had done something wrong. Was it something I said?)
Day 4 - nothing.
Day 7 - I had moved on, but a little scarred. A phone explaining would dissolve any concern.
Instead...I get a call from the friend that referred this client - apologizing on her behalf.
If I may make this statement: I work for you. I want you to be happy, and not always can I get paid from the work I put in- it is the nature of this business. Hearing disappointing news from someone other than you, or not at all, hurts.
All we can do is educate our clients, build strong relationships, and depend on our communication. Everything else, what's meant to be - it will be.
