A Short sale is only as good as the communication that the agent has with the bank. First part of communication is the package of information that the bank recieves. Second part of communication is the phone and the agent encouraging a loss mitigation person who is over worked and frustration and often feels like they have the mushroom syndrome. Third part is keeping hope alive because while short sales take a little longer they are the niche in the market overlooked by the weak of heart and the faint under pressure.
